“Are arbitral institutions (still) to be trusted?” Paris Arbitration Week Breakfast debate with Professors Maxi Scherer and Thomas Clay

The Casablanca International Mediation and Arbitration Centre (CIMAC) invites you to a (bilingual) debate between two of its Court members, Professor Maxi Scherrer, WilmerHale and Queen Mary University of London, and Professor Thomas Clay, Clay Arbitration and Université Paris I, on the topic “Are arbitral institutions (still) to be trusted?”. We would be delighted if you could join us for this event.

The debate will be in both English and French but translation will not be provided. Please note that a jacket and tie is required (for men) and that jeans are not allowed.
