The Casablanca Mediation and Arbitration Center is a non-profit organization created on the initiative of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Services of Casablanca (CCISC) in 2001, on the recommendation of the Ministry of Commerce Industry, Investment and Digital Economy with the contribution of economic and legal actors.
It uses Alternative Modes of Conflict Resolution (ADR), to resolve inter-and intra-company commercial and social disputes in confidentiality, speed and efficiency.
